Delete a Romândru
account.
Romândru members can permanently delete their account and associated information from the live platform. This page provides both the in-platform route and an outside-the-app support pathway.

to deletion.

Open account settings
While signed in at romandru.ro, choose Settings → Delete account. Confirm with your password and acknowledge that deletion is permanent.

Use email if you cannot sign in
Email us from the address associated with the account. We may request limited information to verify ownership. Never send us your password.

Deletion and confirmation
Account information is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except where limited retention is legally required. The Android app will also provide an in-app deletion path before public release.
The Romândru account and personal information associated with it, subject only to information that must lawfully continue to be retained.
If you cannot access the account, email contact@digitaltools4you.com from the associated address.
